Payment
All our prices are fully inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Our VAT number is 925 2247 34.
Our delivery charges are clearly stated on all listings and are payable in full.
We accept online payment only.

Shipping
All items are shipped via Parcel Courier Service. All items are dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of cleared payment – with most items being shipped the next working day.
Please allow 3-5 working days from this time, to receive delivery of the item.
Failed deliveries returned to us will incur a re-delivery charge at the full cost of the original shipping. An invoice for payment will be emailed to the buyer for payment within 48 hours. If payment is not received or the buyer wishes to cancel the order, the original shipping charge will be deducted from any refund.
Insurance is included in the quoted delivery charge.
All delivery charges are to MAINLAND UK ONLY addresses (excluding Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, and BFPO postcodes).

Returns
Right to Cancel
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are anything less than delighted with any item for any reason, you can return it
unused and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with original packaging including manuals, leaflets etc. and original invoice. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
A full refund, including original postage and packaging (but not return shipping costs) will then be processed.

Faulty Products
In the event of a fault developing within 7 days of delivery, a replacement will be sent or a full refund will be issued upon
receipt of the item and verification of the fault. Return postal costs will be refunded once the fault is confirmed.
If the item is not found to be faulty, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and The Buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping. All replacements are subject to stock availability.

Data Protection
At Juteshopper, we recognise that the lawful and correct treatment of personal data is very important to successful operations and to maintaining our customers' confidence in ourselves. Any personal data which we collect, record or use in any way whether it is held on paper, on computer or other media will have appropriate safeguards applied to it to ensure that we comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 ("Act"). We fully endorse and adhere to the eight principles of Data

Protection as set out in the Act. These principles state that personal data must be:-
1. Fairly and lawfully processed
2. Processed for specified and lawful purposes and not in any other
way which would be incompatible with those purposes
3. Adequate, relevant and not excessive
4. Accurate and kept up to date
5. Not kept for longer than is necessary
6. Processed in line with the data subject's rights
7. Kept secure
8. Not transferred to a country which does not have adequate data protection laws.
